I got out of being hospitalized. I almost didn't, but apparently the inpatient programs have new criteria. my heart rate was pretty fast, but it usually is. this was what my doctor was concerned about. but apparently this is no longer a factor that makes hospitalization necessary. and then there is the age cut off. there's a cut off of 23, and I'm 24.
so for now, I'm home. my family will be watching me closely. they will be hawks about my intake this week, and I have to go in again on Thursday and I have to be "better" still but for now, home I am.
I'm not supposed to work at all, just 24/7 rest and lots of liquids. will weigh in tomorrow and Wednesday and Thursday. but I'm still going to stay under 600.
